Good to know: both units are upstairs. The entrance is up a flight of stairs, and there’s no elevator.

Walk the beach on quiet winter mornings, with room to yourself.
Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center is about a 10-minute walk away.
Port Aransas Community Park is steps away: pool, pickleball and a dog park.
Fish the jetty and the bay, and watch the big ships pass by the ferry landing.

Why is it $88 a night?

Winter is our quiet season. We’d rather have a great long-stay guest than empty nights, so we pass the savings on.

Are utilities included?

Yes. Electricity, water and Wi-Fi are included in the nightly rate, even for month-long stays.

Can I get cleaning during my stay?

Yes, if you’d like. A mid-stay cleaning is $150 per visit, scheduled with you. The $200 cleaning at checkout is the only one required.

What’s the shortest stay?

14 nights. For shorter trips, check our regular rates on the main site.

How do I pay?

Once we confirm your dates, we email a secure Stripe payment link. You book directly with us, so there are no platform service fees.

How does the deposit work?

A $500 refundable damage deposit is taken through Stripe. After checkout we check the home and refund it.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Up to 2 dogs of any size, $50 per stay. We do not restrict size, and more than 2 dogs is often fine, just ask. The backyard is fenced. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.

Yes, all prices are in US dollars.
