Privacy policy

Effective October 26, 2026

Casa Azul Beach House ("we," "us") is a vacation rental at 635 Ave I, Port Aransas, Texas, run by hosts Jerry and Adriana. This policy explains what we collect through casaazulbeachhouse.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Inquiry form: the stay you choose, your dates, number of guests and pets, your name, email, optional phone number and message, and whether you want to hear about specials.
• Bookings and payments: if you book, we send a Stripe invoice. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see or store your full card or bank number.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see how people find and use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). We do not send your inquiry details to Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, quote your stay, take payment, and communicate about your booking.
• To send occasional emails about specials and upcoming Port Aransas events, only if you leave the "email me specials" box checked. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, such as Texas and City of Port Aransas hotel occupancy taxes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the rental and this website, such as our web host, email providers, Stripe for payments, Google for analytics, and an email marketing service if we use one for specials. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records as long as needed to serve you and for our tax and business records. We keep your email on our specials list until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from specials at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing info@casaazulbeachhouse.com.
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We will keep only what we must for legal or tax reasons.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab).

Security

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and inquiry records are stored where they cannot be reached from the website. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send payment card numbers by email or in the inquiry form.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
