These terms cover your use of casaazulbeachhouse.com, run by Casa Azul Beach House at 635 Ave I, Port Aransas, Texas. By using the site, you agree to them.

Information on this site

We work to keep descriptions, photos, amenities and policies accurate, but details can change and photos may not show every current detail. Rates are not listed on the site; your written quote is what counts.

Inquiries and bookings

• Sending the inquiry form does not reserve dates or create a booking.
• A booking is confirmed only after we send a written quote and your payment through our Stripe invoice goes through.
• Every booking follows our rental agreement and the booking and cancellation policy shown on our home page at the time you book, including fees, Texas and City of Port Aransas hotel taxes, pet rules and occupancy limits.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no spam or automated form submissions, no attempts to break into or disrupt it, and no copying of our photos or text for other listings without permission.

Other websites

The site links to other services such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Facebook and Stripe. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the site or relying on its information. Nothing here limits rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
